How Selinity was birthed:

It was an evening in 2009 when the words jumped off the pages of the Old Testament of the Bible for Terease as she outlined the succession of the kings of Israel. This was a typical evening of studying for her, and how she satisfied an insatiable three-year appetite for God's wisdom. Terease had gone through a divorce a year prior. When the reality of her marriage and the deterioration of her family could not be denied, in 2005, she sought the Lord Jesus Christ with all of heart. She enveloped herself in worship, praise, fasting and prayer. And she repented.

Then after approximately nine months of desperately seeking the Lord, and seemingly eating the word of God, she had a dream. One that was a foreshadowing of what was to come. She remembers waking up one morning, shortly thereafter, from a full night's rest after not having slept in over two years! She had no more fear, nor pain.  It was like having a scar associated with an accident, but the pain was no longer attached to it. She forgave her husband and prayed for her enemies. She experienced a true encounter with the Father.
An encounter that changed her life forever. One that was so profound, she felt that it was her duty to share her process of healing to help others. This yearning desire to live in divine purpose is what birthed Selinity, originally as a life coaching firm, later to incorporate professional coaching into it’s mission.
