Terease Baker-Rayne is the CEO and founder of Selinity Inc, coaching firm, Vice President of Sales at

Salesforce, author of the book “Successfully Single”, and a public speaker. Prior to joining Salesforce, she spent 12 years at Microsoft and 12 years at IBM. Terease has led diverse international teams in marketing, channels, and sales and has been responsible for $1.2B in annual revenue. She leads with empathy and specializes in thought leadership and enterprise strategy acumen in business transformation and digital transformation involving mobile, social, omni-channel, infrastructure, CRM, IoT, Cyber Security and Advanced Analytics. She has received numerous corporate accolades and awards to include Circle of Excellence, Gold Club, 100% Club, Key Talent Awards and Platinum honors. She’s a sought-after technology speaker having most recently spoken on AI for the National Sales Network and featured in articles such as the Huffington Post, sharing her views on diversity in the workplace. Past engagements include SharePoint Conference, International Association of Microsoft Partners and Consulting Conference, Technology Innovation Conference, and Worldwide Partner Conferences.

 

She thrives on empowering women and millennials...giving them the tools to succeed in life. She served for 4 years as a Case Competition Judge at the National Black MBA Association Conference, 5 years on the Tennessee State University Advisory Board for Information Systems, 3 years as Board Member at Community School in Ladue, MO and 3 years as President for the Howard University Alumni Association in MO. She’s also been a speaker at several charitable events such as Bethel Singles Ministry, Upward Bound, Black Expo, and Connections to Success. She inspires others to seek the Lord Jesus Christ to overcome difficult situations in her latest book “Successfully Single”, and she serves on the ministry team at Bethel World Outreach Church in Nashville, TN. Terease received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Howard University and an MBA in Marketing Management from The George Washington University. She is a native of St. Louis, MO, although her career has taken her from east to west coast. Today she resides in Brentwood, TN and is the proud wife to Rolin Rayne mother of two girls, Trinity and Selah Bell.
