Terease Baker-Bell is a 22 year Sales and Marketing Professional who is an Enterprise Sales Leader at Microsoft Corporation and founder and CEO of Selinity Incorporated. Terease Baker-Bell founded Selinity Inc. in February 2009, a year after getting divorced and, begrudgingly, becoming a single mother. She has overcome several major setbacks in life, but has triumphed in every situation and has acquired a passion for helping others to do the same.

As an IT Professional with 10 years at Microsoft and 12 years at IBM, Terease has led diverse international teams in marketing, channels, and sales and has been responsible for $150M in annual revenue. She specializes in strong thought leadership and enterprise strategy acumen in business transformation and digital transformation involving mobile, social, omni-channel, IoT, Cyber Security and Advanced Analytics. She has been a speaker at numerous technology events and conferences.

She thrives on empowering women and millennials...giving them the tools to succeed in life. She currently leads a Christian Women's group called 'Successfully Single'.  For the past 3 years, she served as a Case Competition Judge at the National Black MBA Association Conference. She served 5 years on the Tennessee State University Advisory Board for Information Systems, 3 years as a Community School Board Member in Ladue, MO and 3 years as President for the Howard University Alumni Association in MO. She's been a speaker at several community and charitable events and serves on the ministry team at Bethel World Outreach Church in Brentwood, TN.

Terease received a BA degree in Journalism from Howard University and an MBA in Marketing Management from The George Washington University. She is a native of St. Louis, MO, although her career has taken her from the east coast to the west coast. Today she resides in Nashville, TN and is the proud mother of two girls, Trinity and Selah Bell.
